Reminder that we have a modified schedule on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day.  We will have classes at 9:30am and 11:00am only.  We will be doing "Murph". Its a longer workout but a fun one! See you all then.

We are having a CF Immense BBQ this Saturday, May 11th at noon! Join us! All are welcome. It is potluck style so bring a dish or snack to share. See you all then.
